Come celebrate our bodies and ourselves by slowing down and giving some attention, care and maybe even a little indulgence to your body. Join us for movement class including exercises for mobility, stretching, balance and strength. The environment is calm and focuses on working with your body not against it letting your body move and groove and finding ways to let go and feel good. We finish with restorative and resting poses to balance our mind and body.  This session is suitable for 13-17 year olds of all abilities and fitness levels.  Glorious imperfection is encouraged.

Find a clear and adequate space in your home with suitable flooring. “Movement can be a way to wake us up when we get caught up in stress or monotony, to make our day a little lighter and brighter. That being said, I do take my job very seriously and am consistently learning, training and planning  – I take it seriously so you don’t have to!”
