We will aim to get a taste of all that UK has to offer. Our trips offer history, culture and adventure. From South to North, major cities to picturesque villages and National Parks. Enjoy seeing the main attractions but be prepared to see the real UK off-the-beaten-track.
Experienced and Trained L&E Travel Mentors are with the group 24/7 to guide, inspire and keep the group safe. Some key decisions will be made by the group including how the budget is spent on activity choices and food etc.
The sample schedule is an approximate timetable and can be customised.

Day 1: Arrival London
Arrival to Heathrow or Kings Cross St. Pancras. Once the group is connected we get immersed in Englands capital sightseeing famous landmarks including the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace! We pack a lot into this day and travel using the London Underground as well as the famous Red Double Decker Busses. Settle and get to know the group with an evening meal and an early night ready for travel the next day!
Day 2: Brighton
Travelling to Brighton. The iconic seaside location, known for its vibrant arts and music; spending some time exploring the beautiful beach and having a blast at the pier and the arcades! Not forgetting a fish and chip dinner!
Day 3: Oxford
Enjoy a day in the University City including a Tour! We visit many of the universities colleges within Oxford and the surrounding area! Not to forget the famous Blackwell’s Book Shop and Library! After this you can enjoy your time in the surrounding town, visiting museums or exploring more of the campus!
Day 4-5: Manchester
City Hopping. Learn about the history of many bands who started out in Manchester, including Oasis and The Smiths! We then stop by some of the most amazing food markets to try different cuisines, before heading to Affleks, which is an alternative shopping centre, selling many different things inside. We also visit The Trafford Centre, so if there are gifts you need to buy, that is the time to do it!
Day 6-8: The Lake District
Relax and adventure! The wonderful Lake District Experience! Giving you a chance to see the beauty of the area, staying in luxurious yurts on a beautiful lakeside! Enjoy some outdoor activities, like Gorge Scrambling or Zip lining! If you’re a fan of literature we also visit the Beatrix Potter museum, where her stories are brought to life!
Day 9-10: Edinburgh, Scotland
The worlds largest arts festival. We explore through a walking tour and climbing Arthurs Seat during our visit to the beautiful capital of Scotland. We also add in a visit to the famous Edinburgh Castle or The Palace of Holyrood House, to learn more about the history of Edinburgh, within these important landmarks.
Day 11: York
Explore the wonderfully historic City of York! Take a wizard-ing journey through Harry Potter Diagon Alley and all of the magical shops! See the beauty of the Cathedral, old sweet shops and the very important Ghost Tour!
Day 12 : Theme Park/Shopping
Many thrills ahead! Near the end of our journey we enjoy a day at the most amazing theme park! Take on the Nemesis Inferno or enjoy the Rumba Rapids at Thorpe Park! If adrenaline is not for you then a Shopping Day is always a good alternative.
Day 13: London
Back to where it all began! Having seen the main sights on the first day we get to explore with a bit more detail visiting the famous London Markets and Attractions including The Imperial War Museum and/or The Natural History Museum!
Day 14: Departure
Depart from London Heathrow or St Pancras
