L&E are always looking for high quality people to be part of our team.  June, July & August are our busiest months but there are potential opportunities at other times of the year.

We require people who have great interpersonal skills when engaging with young people, their parents or guardians and colleagues. Other essential qualities include being a good listener, being reliable and having a good sense of humour.

The days are long but ultimately fun and incredibly rewarding.  Successful candidates should be able to deal with all situations with tact, diplomacy and common sense. Board & Lodgings are usually included plus suitable salary.
