Discover an unforgettable adventure at our World Camp Canada, set against the stunning backdrop of Shawnigan Lake School on Vancouver Island in British Columbia.
L&E World Camps brings together young people from around the world mixed with local children allowing them to experience each others cultures as well as learning valuable life skills. Children can partake in our famous Multi-Activity Programme as well as our L&E Plus specialised courses including English Language, Tennis Academy and Young Global Leaders. There is a Full Evening Programme and they will also experience the country taking in exciting excursions at the weekend.
All this, while making friendships that span the globe along the way. With L&E, it is especially relevant that young people develop their independence, their confidence and their communication skills. Again and again, in their own words, they tell us they’ve had the time of their lives.
My children had a wonderful time at World Camp Canada, they came back energized, refreshed and full of great stories. We love that they were able to have a digital detox and just be kids again enjoying the environment and staying active outdoors. There were so many different activities giving them diverse experiences.

What do we do each day?
Each day is broken into 3 parts and all children will have the opportunity to choose from a huge variety of activity options they would like to do each morning and afternoon. Our famous Evening Programme is where the whole camp comes together and if staying for multi-weeks exciting excursions are available at the weekends.
Multi Activity Programme
An Adventure, Sport or Creative option is available every session (morning and afternoon) for all campers. Click for more details on activities available.
L&E Plus (Specialist Courses)
Our English Language, Tennis Academy and Young Global Leaders are 15 hour specialist courses that allow the time to develop the understanding of the skill.
Our English Language course is included for our International Campers who would like more time developing their language skills. We can be flexible with their time depending on parent’ preferences.
The incredible Young Global Leaders program (Youth Leadership & Open Minds) is available for our 13-16 year olds.

Arrival & Departure
Arrival directly to camp is from 5pm on Sundays. We will have a BBQ available to all the family. This gives you a chance to meet the staff and see where your children are going to stay.
Departure is before 11am on Saturdays
Transfers
We can have an L&E member of staff meet your children and bring them to camp safely and securely. We try to be flexible but please don’t book travel until you have checked it is possible with us.
